  • Yes, please feel free to contact me and we can chat by phone or video for 15 to 20 minutes to see if it’s the right fit. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for support with, and you can ask me any questions that you have about my background, approach, and/or style.

  • Prior to our session, I will send you a link for a secure, private, and HIPAA-compliant meeting through Zoom. We will chat with both voice and video on that platform. Telehealth works best if you have a quiet, private space to talk. Set up the camera so that your head and shoulders can be seen. Use a laptop or tablet if available to have a larger picture. Most clients find telehealth to be an excellent way to have therapy.

  • In the first session, we’ll get to know each other. I’ll ask you questions about your current mental health, goals, and life circumstances. You’ll also have an opportunity to get to know me and ask me questions about my experience and approach.

  • The typical session length is 55 minutes. I offer extended sessions in certain circumstances - let me know if you’d like to explore this!

  • My fee is $175 per 55-minute session. Please review my Fees page to learn about insurance and cost of therapy.

  • Not at this time, but I can provide you with referrals to experts in this field if you’d like! Item description
